Teamwork Problems – LeaderShip-MangerBoat

How to know if your team is having teamwork problems:

-Arguments arise regularly during meetings

-A work team fails to reach consensus.

-Team productivity wanes in comparison to individual output.

-Employees make themselves unavailable for group meetings by taking a sick day or booking appointments during those times.

Feelings and thoughts are probably not being heard and people don’t feel safe. Most likely, people feel they need more encouragement, more commitment from everybody to the team vision and for people to own their responsibility and mistakes.

You may feel the team needs family therapy. That sounds about right! Sometimes you may get so confused and tangled up, you need someone to help untangle the mess. That’s when it is time to call us! We are organization development coaches AND family therapists!
